He did a fantastic job, replacement of carpet with ceramic tiles about 800 sqft, took off the carpet , resurfaced the floor, nicely installed the tiles with proper alignment and spacing, grout, quarter round and paint. I had a flexing floor and cracking tile in a bathroom on the second floor of an older home, Clifford was able to level out the floor and replace the tile.
