He was very responsive to a follow up question. Colton installed our system the next week and he also was a very professional and pleasant individual to work with. "RainSoft was quick to send someone out to look at our Water Softener system that we were not sure was fully operational in a house we bought. The service person was on-time, very professional and knowledgeable. He looked at our system, tested the water, and confirmed that the system would be safe to use after some initial steps. He told us what we would need to do on our end over the first days and what to do thereafter to maintain the system. We were very happy he could tell us what we needed to know about our system. We would hire this company again."
