"Water heater broke on Sunday, made a bunch of calls around town to get it fixed, Ace was the only one that called back on Sunday and they came out early on Monday. They installed a tankless water heater and by 3 p.m. The best part was that they were be to offer to finance the job at a much lower interest rate (9%) compared to home depot (23%). "Just moved to AZ and knew a water softener was a must! When I first spoke to Glenn (the CEO) he was so personal and so passionate about his product! *and let me say, I had no idea Glenn was the CEO. I thought he was the salesman. When Glenn came to my home, his excitement about what he does just showed how much he believes in his product. Not only did he have installers at my house the next day, but Glenn came over in the evening on his way to picking up his finance for dinner to make sure everything went well. What CEO does that?! *As a side note, I had an error msg on tank 2 weeks after the install & couldn't find the main office phone number for some reason. I called Glenn's cell. Glenn was at the airport on his way to Italy. He took my call, gave me a phone number to contact, and followed up with me before getting on the plane to make sure I was taken care of. And YES! The water tastes fantastic! My ice cubes are clear and my skin feels great! Hire this company! More importantly; hire this man!!!"
