The Sheet Rock had to be removed, as it had mold and had to be replaced, the rest of the ceiling had pop corn which had to be scrapped and removed and the ceiling repainted. They covered the walls with plastic from ceiling to floor and made sure everything was well protected. They cleaned after themselves every day and were very responsible. The business owner explained the processes and costs before I hired him and gave information about pros and cons of various types of floors we could choose as well as grout. He answered all of my questions. The crew that works with the owner are the best! Complicated corners are perfect. They installed new floor trim.
