"Installers showed up on the day they were scheduled. But they did not finish the job. Additional workers came the next day to finish installing the floor. They moved all furniture and re-positioned it where I wanted it. They even installed new toilets at no extra cost to me. I will call them again if I need work on my outside porch."

He replaced all rotten wall studs, extended tile flooring into it. Communication was key as I could not be there to monitor, he called with updates daily. In addition to that, prospective tenants were in and out looking at it while he was working on it. He listened to them and reported back to me, then hung mirrors and did flooring work that was recommended by them. I Couldnâ  t have asked for anyone better!"

"First I would like to say that I did have an issue with the installation of my kitchen flooring the first time around, however, my carpets were installed without issue. The installers were very hard working people but I feel like they might have needed just a little more experience with the vinyl flooring. Empire did send someone else out to fix anything that needed to be fixed or replaced. The second installer that came was very knowledgeable about the flooring that I was having a problem with and took his time to get it perfect. Although I was not happy that I had to get Empire to come to my house a second time to fix what I felt should have been done right the first time, they did stand by their work and did all repairs that I wanted done in a timely manner."
