"Floor Fresh Tiling, owned by Andrey, was wonderful to work with. He gave a fair and accurate estimate and even picked up our tile order and delivered it himself. We replaced three rooms of vinyl wood floors with porcelain wood looking tiles. His work was precise and he matched the grout perfectly. He cleaned the whole work area when he finished. He is clearly very knowledgeable about all types of flooring as well as other questions we had about house improvements. Andrey even went the extra mile and repaired a desk we accidentally broke when we tried to move some of our own furniture. He moved everything else, including two king beds that he took apart and put back together, along with door removals, baseboards, etc to get the job done. "I hired another highly rated company through Angie's List on a Tuesday. They were supposed to be at my house the following Monday. Signature Services Floor Care & Cleaning then called me and gave me a higher quote. After talking over the method of cleaning they use, I called the other company back and asked how they were going to clean my tile floors. "Mop and Bucket" I proceeded to thank them and told them that wouldn't work--like I haven't done that myself. I told Richard I had all of my furniture out of the rooms to be cleaned because I had just painted them. That's when I realized how bad the floor was. I asked how soon he could be here because I didn't want to live with all of my furniture in my bedrooms and garage. He told me he could be here the next day! I purchased a foreclosure home and even after trying a ton of options, my floor was never as clean as I knew it should be. Richard told me they used a truck mounted steam cleaner after they pre-treat the floors. They also sealed my floors after I asked if they did that. Angel and Billy came to my house, were extremely polite and friendly, and had it done in half the time I thought it would take. I had a spot on my floor after having to replace 5 tiles from a plumbing issue that looked like they left the washed over grout on 4 of the 5 tiles. It looked horrible and I always hid it with my XL dog bed. Everything came out and those also look like brand new tiles like the rest of my floor. Richard called me about an hour after Angel and Billy left to make sure I was happy with the results. I would HIGHLY and ALWAYS recommend this company because of the customer service, prompt attention, friendliness, type of equipment they use, and price."

He is as very inventive in reconfiguring the overhang to prevent continued raccoon incursion. In another job, he replaced boards in a hardwood floor that had suffered damage. Very precise job, quickly done. Lavender also repaired exterior rot in another house and finished with decorative elements that made the place actually beautiful! Highly recommend Lavender. "Matthew was very informative and professional. Family owned business and he grew up in the business and is the 2nd generation. He really knows his stuff. I interviewed 3 companies and he was by far the most professional. I was worried because the Tile and Grout was old and very dirty. He assured me it would look new and it does. They did the job by coordinating with a neighbor because I was not in town. They were fast, thorough, neat and cleaned up everything. Then, when they were finished, Matt texted me pictures.
