"We obtained 4 quotes from different roofing contractors. We chose Garden State Roofing and Chimney primarily due to Besi who came out to give my wife and I an estimate. After Besi got on the roof and did some measurements, he put a quote together and we sat down and discussed it in detail. He helped us select a color of the roofing which turned out to be a perfect match we wanted. He said that a large crew would be out within a week and we got a call from the office soon after giving us the exact date. Key to our decision to use Garden State Roofing and Chimney was the quick and helpful response to quote, the competitive price, scope of work and the short time to get the job started and completed compared to other roofers. 10 men in 5 hours stripped the roof, put down a new roof and cleaned up the area. Supplies and a dumpster arrived a day before. Dumpster removed the day after completion. Great job, Great suppliers from a Great and Caring company."

"Fixed & Fair replaced our chimney from the roofline up. Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well. Very happy with professional work by Fixed and Fair. Respectful of property, cleaned up after work was completed, they were very thorough."

"Val was quick to get the job done. He is hard working and doesnâ t sugar coat anything. He Kept his words which none of the other contractors that worked for me did! He saved us money with materials to the best of his abilities by re-using the same materials and gave us advice on the cost effective materials. Just a suggestion for the people who hire him that if you are in a rush to get something done then Adjust the work schedule and let him work. He knows his work and wants to get the job done as quick as possible as he is very busy. So if he has an opening in his book then donâ t wait. Because he told me he will finish in 3 days and thatâ s exactly what it took him. On the last day he worked with another person from 8 am to 10 pm just to keep his word and his schedule.
