"Armao Brothers did a great job on our roof repair. We had a leak coming into the house. They responded the same evening within an hour of our Angi's List posting. They sent out people the next morning! The team they sent out photographed for us obvious holes and repairs that needed to be made around vent penetrations and near our ridge vent. We agreed on a price and they made the repairs that same day. Unfortunately for all of us, the leak was much more insidious. Armao had to return to our house three times making more repairs. The return visits were no charge. On the third return visit a team of two people repeatedly went in and out of our attics and up on the roof, found the crafty leak, and made repairs; this took them much of the day. Each time we had to re-contact Armao, they immediately came out to do more work. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, communication, and willingness to get the job done right at the agreed price no matter what! Brian Platt"

"They were very professional from start to finish. I loved the honesty in what I needed and didnâ t need. Example: When Santiago came to check on the work he pin pointed the trouble areas and noted that the plywood was still in good condition and did not need replacing. MONEY SAVER! When the roofers were done everything was back as it was and cleaned like they were never there. Except for my new roof! "Jose was quick to respond and allay any worries I had regarding the leak and any needed repairs. He came out immediately and accurately diagnosed the problem. He took pictures to back up his diagnosis and came up with a plan to resolve it. I had two other contractors out to give estimates that did not accurately diagnose the problem and suggested complete roof replacements. Jose was able to schedule me within the week, and he and his crew did a fantastic and efficient job. I would highly recommend J&C Construction and would hire them again for future projects."

"3 small jobs-repair a drywall and install a shelf and poles in 2 closets. All three completed and work area cleaned. It is very difficult to get anyone to do small maintenance type jobs in the home.
