"Great job at a very reasonable price. Marcio came to give an estimate. Marcio was the only one who wrote down all the details in the estimate. He was very friendly and good guy to work with. I had to make some changes to the original plan and they accomodated these changes without increasing the cost. Romeo led the project and did a great job with painting the place. The place looked beautiful. He also took care of more things here in and there in the apartment including chaulking around kitchen sink and bath tubs. "Taha, the estimator and manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. He saw things that I missed and explained what needed to be done clearly. The work crew was extremely efficient and did a terrific job. I expanded the scope of the project because I was so satisfied with the work that I asked if they could also paint and stain the deck after the repairs and replacements on railings, floorboards, and supports. They also did very timely repairs on an apartment I had already rented, so the tenant was coming in a couple of weeks. The double deck looks like new!
