Marvin's quoted over $40K!! He was able to do what was needed for much much less. He was honest, professional, meticulous, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Miles above the window brand quotes which are ridiculous. Would strongly recommend if you need any window repairs!!!"

He's a busy guy, so you may have to wait a while to get your work done, but he won't lie to you about time, and having the job done right the first time is well worth the wait. "Dave & Mark where terrific. They often discussed what they should do to make the changes to our kitchen look like they where always part of the design. Plus kept us in the loop at all times. We kept our existing cabinets, removed an ancient built in oven, replaced the cooktop with a full range, replaced the sink and countertops. The old counter was linoleum over wood, so they had to build up and reinforce the tops for new granite counters. They added molding, which was stained to match the existing wood, and it looks as if it was always there. I can not find enough words to express how great a job they did. You can be assured he will be my first call if/when we start another project. Dave also recommended the electrician & plumber we used. The electrician, Brian Cormier ended up having to upgrade our service and we will use him again if needed. ABH plumbing didnâ t have much to do, but Tony was professional and did a thorough job."

"My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you! "He showed up on time. Finished the job in timely manner. His knowledge about the job was excellent. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. This piller in the picture holding part of the roof was moved and he put it back where it suppose to be."

"They were perfect. The job was to replace the railing on a 2-story deck with a composite railing, which is harder than it sounds since it including working around the posts for a screened in porch. They did exactly what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would do it. They worked long hours every day (through a heat wave) and left the site immaculate. They were also very quiet. They paid attention to details to make the trex look good interfacing the the porch posts. I would definitely recommend them."
