He is really helpful and communicates each step of the process very well. Labor and materials were about the same price. "Luan cleaned and repaired my gutters. Luan was responsive and gave me a fair and competitive quote for the work. He did a great job explaining what was involved in the job and he kept me informed throughout about the progress of the job and some of the challenges involved. He works hard.
