He said the entire top boards needed replacing. I knew he was right. AND, he threw in a couple of repairs not quoted in the estimate out of the goodness and kindness of his heart. The next morning after the repairs he hauled the old wood away. He's a 5 star person."

The first project manager dropped the ball and did not contact us in a timely manner and when we got Mathew as our project manager things got rolling. There was a little miscommunication which we take partial responsibility and Mathew took great care of use. Existing concrete and sidewalks had to be incorporated in the driveway. Drainage was a major issue. The work was completed on schedule in spite of threat of rain, and above expectation. "Cory Foster, owner H2O Drainage Solutions installed a French Drainage system in my backyard to help mitigate excess water runoff from adjacent yards. The system was installled August 2024. Not exactly the best season to determine if the drainage system would properly move water out of my yard and drain to the curb. Through the late fall and winter, typical months of steady rain, I was able to get a good feel for how well the drainage system worked. I called Cory this February, six months after installation, to ask if he could come by to offer his professional input to achieve best outcome. Cory answered my email within hours and after I spoke to him by phone was onsite within 24 hours. My opinion is that was great customer service.
