"If I could give Frank Moretti 100 stars, I would! I bought a fixer upper 5 years ago and finally got around to fixing the outside of my house. I had my blacktop driveway replaced with Belgian block along the sides, two retaining walls, gravel laid along the side of my house and under my deck, a new front porch and brick on the house replaced with stone. He did it all and it turned out beautiful. Anyone who walks by my house compliments me! He was the best contractor I have ever worked with- always communicating, quick, affordable, and clean. He installed a belgium block border on my driveway, and his work was extremely neat and clean. Willie also put top soil/seed in a section on my yard, and cleaned out brush and leaves behind my shed and completed everything perfectly. Willie is very responsive and willing to listen and give advice about anything landscape related. His price is very fair and he keeps the customer in mind throughout the whole job. We also were quoted for a flat fee, all materials and labor included. "Franklin Villa contacted me very quickly after my initial request. He called to let me know that he would be late arriving to do the estimate. His estimate came in $3,000.00 lower than the other two estimates I received and he noticed things that the other contractors did not. He ended up rebuilding a stone wall bordering the driveway and I also had him clear out a drain trench that was overgrown and recap it and still came in $1300 less than the other estimates I received."
