"I tried to find a concrete contractor for 3 months to install a parking pad extension off of my driveway. I called 3 different contractors, left messages and never received a response or return call. However when I reached out to Tracey Norman Concrete, they returned my voicemail the next day and came by late in the afternoon to review what I wanted to do and give me an estimate. I was pleased with the value of his price and enlisted him to do the work on the spot. He scheduled me for his next opening and kept me informed when the appointment time approached. On the day we were to break ground, inclement weather set in and we had to delay the start till it cleared. He kept me informed and up to speed on proceeding once the weather cleared and he and his team showed up on time and completed the project quickly and in a timely fashion. They were polite, professional and their workmanship was outstanding. They gave me clear directions for landscaping around the parking pad, cleaned up the workspace, and did a phenomenal job. Tracy Norman Concrete is a family business and brings those values and character to their dealings with the customer. A number of my neighbors have inquired about my contractor and are contacting him with their needs and projects.
