"Mike and his crew helped replace our old and decrepit deck with a concrete brick paver patio. Throughout the whole process, they were a joy to work with. Not only was their price very reasonable (it came in between two other quotes), Mike also took his time to explain what to look for in a paver patio and what design elements would fit our vision. He also educated us on the installation process of the patio from the very beginning. Once the construction started, it went much quicker than we had expected. And throughout the process, Mike continued to communicate with us changes that needed to be made based on the elevation of our yard. He always gave us choices on the changes, and we often consulted him on the better choice. Because we were working from home, we were able to observe Mike and his crew working on the patio. It was very clear that Mike took great care with the little details to make the patio perfect. Specifically, she appreciated that Mike treated her and I with the same amount of respect. Her experience with most contractors is often unpleasant because they would talk around her or dismiss her questions or suggestions. Mike, however, listened to her input and respected her decisions. They also did a great job of keeping the job site clean during the entire process. The cement is square, pitched properly, and looks great! I have already recommended them to friends.
