"We originally planned to have Eminent do 1100 ft2 of interlocking paves to replace our old cracked concrete driveway as part of the extensive house renovation project we had in mind back in August. Found them via Home Advisor and Mark called us within a couple of minutes after we placed the inquiry. Pavers is their expertise and they are in fact out of competition in this field - nobody can beat their quality and price. And, trust me, we did our due diligence researching and shopping around:-). However, realizing they actually do General Construction as well, after some discussion and negotiation, we decided to hire Eminent to do the entire house reno. Turned out to be one of the best decisions ever. By November we had a fully renovated 2035 ft2 house - inside and out. They did everything - new flooring (hardwood and travertine), new hardwood staircase, two brand new bathrooms, all new doors, exterior and interior painting Including backyard structures), quite a bit of remodeling and woodwork, new fabulous driveway, new stone fireplace, veneer stones on the facade of the house, and much more. No homeowner can wish for anything more than Max, our project manager, did for us - diligent, fast, responsible, at times he had up to 3 crews working on site simultaneously, perfectly coordinated. Yes, there were issues discovered, we did some changes and adjustments along the way - it can't go too smoothly if you are gutting and restoring a 40 years old house. To be honest, having had some previous experience with home renovations and general contractors, we did manage our expectations in the beginning - it's no secret how these projects can turn into nightmare with no light at the end of the tunnel. Well, not this time. We had our old 1975 no-particular-style house turned into a beautiful countryside cottage with the best curb appeal in the neighborhood:-) Just a tip: be vocal about what it is that you want, don't assume - your contractor isn't a mind-reader, be specific about what you are looking for and Eminent will make it happen."

"I used Victor to demo and remove our existing BBQ island as well as sections of concrete pad under and around the island. The concrete pad had to be percisely saw cut in the exact pattern as the other concrete. Victor and his crew showed up on time, cleaned up every day and did a great job. "Hugo actually did a full-blown backyard remodel to support our new pool. This included a new concrete patio with tile, a firepit table, a built-in grill, three fire bowls, stepstone path, channel drains, retaining wall, block divider wall, concrete slabs for the pool equipment and side yard, new vinyl fence and gate to hide all of it, benderboard, mulch, lighting, wall repairs, stucco, paint, etc. It was a very involved, multi-week project. Hugo speaks perfect English AND Spanish, his prices are very fair, and he will keep at it until you're happy, with a can-do attitude. He will also respond to your texts at all hours, which is refreshing in a contractor. Give him a shout!"

"I had my entire home’s patio & walkways (front walkway, side patio & backyard patio) restored last week with Specialty Design Coatings. My initial contact with Kaveh (the owner) to the completion of the job by 2 of his workers (Hector & Oliver) were all excellent! I spoke with Kaveh on the phone for about 30 mins about his entire process, and he was very informative and clear about the process from the start to the end. I had a couple of other quotes from some other contractors, and Kaveh’s pricing was the best. I also had a 3 large wooden trellis poles about 10 ft high bolted to the backyard patio that I needed removed (it was originally there from 35 yrs ago) which would be too dangerous for me to cut down and remove myself. His guys removed it no issue and they took all the wood to the dumpster. Hector & Oliver were hardworking throughout and I am very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend Kaveh and his team if you need any concrete work done or restored at your place!"
