"I would give Guardian Heating and Cooling 10 stars if there were a way to do that! These guys are outstanding! They showed up, after hours, to determine exactly what was causing our problem. We had already suspected it was time to replace our boiler since it had been more than 25 years old. Steve confirmed our thoughts about replacement. He quoted a fair price and scheduled a time to come back. He showed up early with the new boiler and within hours after their arrival, we were up and running. We had a little hiccup the next day, as things seemed to be working too well. We called Steve and he was at our house in minutes. We already wondered if the thermostat wasn't able to keep up with the new boiler set up. 30 minutes later, we had a new thermostat and everything was working properly. Steve and Adam were friendly and professional. Our basement was cleaner when they left than before they arrived. Their prices were reasonable and there were no surprises, price wise. We were given a quote and that was what we paid. It's refreshing to find people like these guys!"

"By coincidence, we met Gary and Brett working on a project across the street. After speaking with Gary we asked him to quote us on repair work of our backyard patio retaining wall, which was in pretty extreme disrepair. Gary promptly gave us a quote to stabilize and beautify the patio wall. He and Brett did a wonderful job taking something that looked like trash and making it into a beautiful backyard space for our family. At that point we decided that we would like a retaining wall built in our front yard due to our very outdated and un-cared for lava rock mess. "They answered all our questions before the work began and the crew was friendly. They were conscientious of our property line and didn't stray into our neighbor's yard with their equipment. They removed a tall diseased tree in our backyard safely and the overgrown hedges on one side of the house. We are looking forward to booking them again for some concrete work and an egress window in the near future."

"This was a HUGE project. This very big 1910 farm house needed to be scrapped and repainted, several areas of woodwork needed to be replaced and/or repaired. The scraping team of two people were fast and efficient and they also executed the painting. The owner and his father did the carpentry repairs and did a great job. While repairing several holes in the soffits they discovered that the 2nd floor roof hardly existed, the structure having rotted out over time for a lack of gutters on the 3rd floor roof. They will soon come and replace the roof decking and joists and ribbing. During the painting, I had them trim back the huge trees that were hovering over the house adding to the bad condition of the sides of the house. I can't recommend this fine company enough. Bob Sr. and his son, Bob Jr. run a great "We do it All" company."
