"LV Building Solutions was wonderful to work with. I live out of state and purchased a home in Winston Salem. I needed a solution to keeping water out of the basement; Benito went out to my property, proposed a solution, took pictures and sent his proposal with costs. We discussed and he got to work right away with his crew. His communication was excellent as he let me when he was on property, took pics and video of work and kept me updated. He also looked at few other items I needed taken care of and also suggested gutter covers as my gutters were full of leaves and clogged. I appreciated him going the extra mile and letting me know those needed taken care. Being out of state and home on a wooded lot he provided a solution for something that wasnâ t even on my radar, but needed to be. I will definitely hire him again! He even went back out to the property a week later when it had been raining to make sure problem was solved."

He did â notâ pressure me - he let me ask questions and think about it - he was flexible and explained the process he would take to expand my patio. He arrived on time, he went the extra mile to lay plywood to help protect my yard by minimizing any damage from his equipment. He was well organized and went straight to work - he let me know when the concrete was due to arrive and he was ready to pour and spread the concrete when it did arrive. He was going to haul away the excess dirt and grass he removed in preparation for the patio expansion but I mentioned I had a low area at the edge of my yard that collects water when it rains and he filled in that area with the excess dirt and grass. He took his time to spread and smooth out the new patioâ s concrete to make sure it was perfect - he did a better smoothing out the new patioâ s concrete than the builder did with the â originalâ patio. He cleaned up the yard afterwards and told me to call him if I had any questions about the concrete curing or any issues - I do not expect any issues as he did a professional job. After meeting him and seeing his work - all the reviews I read about how great he was were 100% correct - I would hire him again if I ever need any concrete work done - definitely recommend him."

"Current update as of 12/2/2022 .... Three of Dry Pros Representatives came to my home to fully analyze the problem of the French Drain and the damage it caused. All were very cordial, apologetic and wanted to correct the problems. We were all in full agreement on the necessary action that needed to be taken in a timely manner. The three Dry Pro Representatives said Dry Pro strives to maintain satisfied customers. Poor quality service in putting a French drain across the front of my home brick wall. They used solid pipe that was not perforated, and it has caused rain to saturate my soil and build up underneath, causing damage to the driveway, brick wall, and joists. It demonstrates that no testing was performed when it was completed, and there was no follow-up for about six weeks afterwards. Update 1-4-2023----I would like to update the project with Dry Pro, they have fully completed the job by replacing without charge a new French Drain. They gave me the cost of the driveway, I was forced to put in June of 2021. The customer representative was very cordial to me as a customer, he understood exactly what the problem was and took care of it without any questions they exercise great quality service and reputable name for Dry Pro. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this type of work!"

"My home was built in 1968. When it would rain my sump pump was running all the time due to water seeping through the concrete block. I hired Andrew 4 years ago to waterproof the back of my house. His team dug down to the foundation, waterproofed, installed plastic sheeting, gravel and new drainage pipe. They also ran rain water from the gutter piping it to a drainage pipe located at the road. I have no more leaking from the back of the house. Andrew is honest and a hard worker and gave me a very reasonable price. I would hire him again. Mark C"
