Comment: Install two wooden hand railings, each along one wall of each of two interior staircases, each which already has an existing hand rail on its opposite wall. The newly installed railing and wall mounts must match the current ones already affixed to the wall opposite them on the opposite side of each staircase -- so that each staircase now will have hand railings along each of its two walls instead of one along one wall only -- which is the current situation. Approx. 6' of additional wooden hand railing will be needed for one wall of one staircase, and approx. 10' of additional wooden hand railing for one wall of second staircase. The size and shape of the current wooden handrail on along the wall of the strairway from the foyer to the second floor is slightly different from the size and shape of the one of the other set of stairs -- which leads from a hallway to the basement .
