"Zoran and his crew performed a total gut renovation of my home in Westchester NY which included completely renovating 3.5 bathrooms, full kitchen transformation, installing detailed millwork, custom fireplace work, wainscoting and crown in bathrooms and hallways, new flooring, tiling, exterior work, staining, restoration, and full painting inside and out. There isnt anything he and his team couldnt do. He transformed our fixer upper into our dream home. He is a true craftsman who cares about every little detail and finish as much as I do. Hes able to take your ideas and vision and make them a reality. It was a true pleasure going through this extensive project, and I continue to have him do some projects around the house. His prices are very fair, and he stands by his work 100%. Its very difficult to find someone like him in the industry, most general contractors walk around and outsource everything. "Santiago and his team did an absolutely amazing job. After power washing the deck it was evident that the deck needed more repairs than we initially thought. Santiago replaced the necessary boards (for a fair additional price), reinforced and stabilized the railing. My deck is almost 30 years old and I was concerned the new boards would not blend with the old. His team did a fabulous job of countersinking the old nail heads, sanding all the boards old and new, sanding all the spindles and deck railing so they all looked brand new and the job was done so well I was able to use a transparent stain to show off the beautiful clear cedar deck instead of a semi-translucent stain or paint which would cover the grain of the wood. In 30 years I have had my deck repaired, power washed and stained many times. Santiago and his team are probably the best group I have ever had for the service they provided. They are polite, nice, professional and communicate issues with you. I would highly recommend them for any deck, power washing or staining jobs."

We also were quoted for a flat fee, all materials and labor included. "Just yesterday, MX completed their job of installing approx. 400 sq feet of Trex decking on my private patio. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work and overall had a very positive experience dealing with the company. I did get other estimates for the job so I know their price was reasonable and fair. They acted professionally throughout and were extremely respectful of the building rules and workspace. They made sure to clean up after the job was complete which only took a day and a half. My 15 month old son was even able to take his regular naps because they kept the noise level low!! I highly recommend this company."
