"Out of five contractors I contacted to do repair work on a brick walkway, only Jakab of LI Developers responded. When he came to give us an estimate, we also asked about putting in a small brick patio for our fire pit. At that request, Jakab's artistic juices began to flow and he excitedly came up with some creative ideas that would be an added highlight to our backyard. Over a period of one week, Jakab followed up with us several times and when we told him we were only ready to have the repair work done, he didn't hesitate to take on the job, which was executed by a craftsman names Alex, professionally, quickly and to our satisfaction. Jakab is an ambitious man, who is eager to take on many facets of home improvement work. We recommend him highly."

"They replaced my concrete floor in my garage, as well as replacing my large front stoop and walkway. Each job was meticulously done. Michael was engaged from start to finish. He was here first thing to start the men and make sure they understood exactly what was needed. They were all professional and knowledgeable. He has a number of crews for jobs and each person was very good. When needed, he would have 10 men show up and then less when demolishing my stoop was done. Each day there was no less than 6 people. He is in constant touch with them and the job and went over each detail with me. When I decided to add on another area, he questioned what I wanted, gave me a reasonable rate and just told his men to do that as well. His quality, work ethic is incomparable and I would highly recommend them"

"Eddie was great to work with! We had a limited time frame to adhere to town inspections and Eddie and his team knew exactly what we needed and quickly got the job done. The results were great and even the inspector acknowledged the impressive repair. They were able to put a knocked out garage wall back on the foundation and repair the interior dry wall. "The bottom quarter of an exterior face brick veneer (Brick-It) wall had collapsed, and Alex restored it to perfect condition after first having to remove another quarter of the wall that was about to collapse as well - making sure to keep each of the pieces from breaking in the process. The original installation was about 35 years old, before the current technique was developed, and Alex was not satisfied with the way the new installation technique matched the corner of the existing adjacent wall section (done by the old technique) - so he readjusted the new metal backing (by cutting it into 2-row sections) in order to be able to more precisely line up the new section row-by-row with the original. So, I guess you could say that in a real sense, Alex made the wall Better Than New! After the past few days of really wet, nasty weather, the wall has held up just the way it is supposed to. Alex and his crew were punctual, trustworthy and professional. Well done."

"I would highly recommend All of the Above! We selected All of the Above from the five quotes we received. The project involved replacing the front porch, walkway, back stoop and driveway. Steve listened to us, answered our questions and gave us a few options. Steve is excellent in providing detailed, information in a way that is easy to understand. The price was clear and very competitive. The project was completed in an organized, timely manner. Steve even went with us to help select the pavers, stones and veneer. The work quality was great and everything was cleaned up. The project has really transformed the front of our house! We have had many compliments from friends and neighbors. "Took 3 visits but was well worth the time, attention and patience to get the job done right. First day was inspection and quote for repairs/materials. Work started that day to patch the cement crown that was cracked and channeling water down one side of the chimney eroding bricks. A bowed metal plate on the chimney to shed water between the two flue caps was flattened and sealed with cement so it did not show from the ground and so flies would stop entering into the house thru one of the flues. Crumbling mortar was replaced between bricks and bricks were waterproofed. The chimney was measured and the cap to cover the entire chimney was ordered. The 2nd visit got rained out. The 3rd visit was a good weather day and the cap was assembled, installed and cemented in place. It is amazing how strong the animal guard around the 4 sides of the chimney is. The crew at all times was friendly, courteous & very competent being careful to do the entire project as if it was their home."
