"From start to finish, Hernan + crew did an outstanding job on a very big yard clean-up project. Our yard was completely overgrown. We needed to have all the weeds, leaves, and vines cleared. There was quite alot of brush to be removed, along with some small tree stumps. The crew started on-time, was always professional, cleaned up daily, and worked hard to complete the project within the promised timeline. "Prior to picking Quality 1st Maintenance, I had picked four company's that were HIGHLY recommended in Angie's listing. One company, I felt did a great job in assessing the project, and in explaining what needed to be done. Thought they were a bit on the high side. Two more came in, one total me that there was no need to put in a stainless steel flue, and that it was a waste a money. Thankfully, I had done my due diligence and understood that what he was telling me was not only dangerous but wrong. The other company, though very close to the first one, had not wanted to get up to the roof, I told him that I understood the house very difficult to get there. Now comes Oscar, he came, looked at the outside, gave his perception of what he had to do. Took out the ladder and came back down, and told me exactly what I had thought. The flashing that was done from Power Remodeling, needed to be removed. Oscar said that there was no way that he would be able to do a good job if the flashing was not removed, the chimney needed to be at the house line. Right there the decision was made. Not only did he quote me a fair price, he actually made sense he what he said on the work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend him. UPDATE: After having the chimney done, a bit more than a year later I called Oscar for a reason, to have the chimney protected as he had suggested. Oscar accommodated his schedule to come over and look at it, get it done. My family was very happy with the work. Professional, respectful, was willing to answer concerns that the family had and spent time explaining the process of protecting the bricks. Again, would highly recommend him."

"Zuli repaired a very large 4-flue stone chimney which had crumbled concrete on top. He replaced the top of the chimney with new concrete and capped it with 3 very large pieces of 2" bluestone slabs which rested on stone pillars. Looks great! He cleaned up when the job was complete. Thanks Zuli !"

"My chimney was significantly cracked and had pieces of brick falling off of it. Additionally, I was getting water in my fireplace every time it rained hard. I called Saul at Chimney Safe; he scheduled an appointment immediately and was prompt in arriving. After thoroughly inspecting my fireplace, going into the crawlspace in the lower level of the house to look at the boiler/furnace, and going onto the roof to check the chimney (something none of the other contractors I had out did), Saul gave me an extremely good quote to do a substantial rebuild of my chimney. He also provided me with some tips on how to more efficiently use my fireplace. Saul is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and friendly with a great work ethic. The completed chimney looks so good that two roofing contractors who were at my house the next day both commented on the quality and craftsmanship.
