"Iâ ve worked with many different contractors through the years, some good, some not so good and others that are top notch. Lovejoy Construction falls into the top notch category. It was a multifaceted job due to a flooded section of the house. Carpet, flooring and walls in three rooms need to be removed. At a quick pace, they removed and replaced sub-flooring and walls, repainted walls, had bathroom flooring replaced and the insulation and vapor barrier under the house replaced. Ryan Lovejoy is a great communicator, that kept me informed every step of the way. Ryan as well as his assistants are well mannered, polite and thoughtful.
