"Our dishwasher broke down right before Christmas. A part needed to be ordered and Moses very apologetically and honestly told us it would not be repaired for the holiday. While disappointed, since we had guests staying and celebrating at our home for 3 days, we appreciated his honesty so that we could prepare more appropriately. As promised, Moses called us the day after Christmas ready to come over and replace the pump to our dishwasher. Because we still had guests, some of them battling nasty colds, Moses graciously rescheduled for the following day. Moses arrived on schedule and while replacing the pump, noticed that the hose was completely stopped up. He wasn't sure whether he would be able to unclog it or if it would also need to be replaced. Hre diligently work on it and successfully unclogged the hose, potentially saving us a couple hundred dollars. Moses "diagnosed" what caused the problem and gave us a variety of tips on how to prevent a recurrence. Moses was always polite, professional, sociable, and honest. He previously gave us an estimate for the job which he stayed true to. We know that in the future, if one of our appliances should break down, we will not hesitate to call ApplianceSmart Repair. Highly recommend!!"
