"Tech that arrived was very knowledgeable. Appointments were readily available and flexible. Much cheaper then the initial service I called(Sears). Only negative is the part was not in stock. So my refrigerator is still out of service another 3-5 business days."

"I had not even finished the information on line when I quickly got a call. I explained what was going on with my freezer portion of my refrigerator and he told me the drain line was probably clogged. He came out the next morning and fixed the problem. I have a great working freezer again!"

"Must be a 'cookie' on this website, because Aaxon rang my phone within literally seconds after the list of possible contacts appeared on the computer screen. I didn't even get time to review my options. Oh, well, they were already on the phone... Made a very timely appointment to fix my Samsung front-load dryer, came when they were supposed to, and fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. I will use them again. Much better than the extremely pricey extended-service warranty I purchased from Sears for my refrigerator...I have to take off a whole day of work to wait on Sears."
