He brought a huge ladder to reach the top of my vaulted ceilings to replace smoke detector batteries and canned lights. He was right on time and did a great job. We had talked about a shelving project earlier, and he brought photos and research about ways he could build out the shelves in my garage. That's really going the extra mile!"
