"Universal Air went above and beyond. My husband and I wanted a second opinion on our water heater replacement, as our was starting to leak. They not only came out the same day that I called, but answered all of my questions and came in with a quote that was half what a larger chain gave us. They were able to come out 3 days after, to replace our unit. They were on time, respectful of our home, and took the time to make sure we understood what was being done and how our new water heater worked.
