"We are an HOA. I contacted them and received word back the same day. They came out right away and gave us a fair estimate and told us all the work that they would be doing in the quote. When it was time for them to do the work we agreed on a day and they came out that very next day as promised. They did an excellent job on our rain garden. Everything they listed on the quote they followed through and completed. Very pleased with the job they did! 5 stars!!!!! I highly recommend them!!!"

"We hired them to install a 40 foot french drain. Eric was very knowledgeable and professional, not to mention a very nice person and good listener. He was punctual and he and his crew were extemely hard workers. The job functions as promised, looks great and they were very conscientious about how they left the work area neat and clean. "My neighbor and I needed a 30 foot long boulder wall rebuilt: 50% new boulders, excavate, drain tile, debris removal / disposal, and landscape fabric. Brian worked diligently with both of us to ensure our questions were answered by phone, email, and in person - BEFORE he even got the job. His team showed up on time, worked quickly, did a great and clean job. We got 4 bids - Brian's was best in all respects including pricing. But it's more than pricing at Scapes NW - it's about service and Brian has that in spades! Excellent customer service at Scapes NW. Yes, yes, yes."
