From initial design and scope of work meetings to in-process change management, Matt provided professional guidance when needed and the flexibility to adjust the plan when necessary. MGD LLC displayed the attributes we hoped to see in our contractor, an accurate estimate, project start and completion on time, daily cleanup, tool and equipment organization, and excellent communication throughout the duration of the project. We were informed of dates and arrival times for MGD LLC work, and there was seamless coordination of sub-contractors, so that plumbers, electricians, glass installers, and tile installers would not be waiting on others, or getting in each other’s way.
