"A1 called me immediately after receiving my request through HomeAdvisor. They were very kind and polite on the phone and were at my house within four hours from the call (within the time frame that they told me they would be there too!) They repaired the garage door and I paid the quoted price even though it took them longer to fix it than expected and they had to call in extra help due to my uncommon garage door. I highly recommend this company!"

"Fantastic experience! I required a 2 car garage door replacement and the opener. When I ordered the door Charles made it clear it would take a while to get the door delivered due to supply chain challenges during the pandemic, but my current door was such a mess it wouldn’t open at all so, at no additional charge, he replaced the springs on the spot with a temporary set and had the door operating perfectly until the new door arrived. The installation of the new door was super smooth and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of door and opener and of course the service of Charles and his crew. I never leave comments but I this case I felt compelled given how exceptional the process and end result was!"
