"We have used Lakewood Restoration for extensive work on two homes in Dallas now; the first was a 3200 sq. ft single family 4b/3.5b home, the second is a townhome 2600 sq. ft. 3b/2.5 b. Although we originally hired Brian for his carpentry/design skills (he built a bench with storage to match kitchen cabinets and create eat-in area), we were so impressed with quality that we rehired his team later to do three bathrooms, to replace flooring, to build master bdrm closet, and to update in general when we were preparing to sell. In our current home we hired them to replace all flooring, most light fixtures and sinks, and to paint all the walls; as they worked, they identified other issues that were hidden, like a pipe in the wall damaged in the 2021 freeze. I recommend them highly for the quality of their work and for their skill at communicating with clients; they are trustworthy and considerate of your time and space."
