"Wonderful experience. Our floors were transformed beautifully and the communication from both Jacob and Alex was modern (not reluctant to text) and quick. The work itself was first rate and they managed to start and finish reasonably quickly given the scope. "Joe spent 3 hours with me working on the kitchen, dining room, fireplace and entryway. When selected tiles were not available he met with me at the main tile company to pick tile again. The installers were on time, professional and nice to work with. I will be calling FCI again when I need my back splash installed."
