He did a fantastic job, replacement of carpet with ceramic tiles about 800 sqft, took off the carpet , resurfaced the floor, nicely installed the tiles with proper alignment and spacing, grout, quarter round and paint. "I needed to hire a quality tile pro and came to Angi to find a prequalified company to come out and quote the job. I was replacing carpeting in the master bedroom with tile, approximately 300 square feet. I called several companies to quote and several responded. Steve McTile,LLC was very informative during our initial conversation and came out two days later to look over what the job entailed. Prior to his arrival, I reviewed all of the reviews provided by Angi and was impressed with the quality of the responses and high marks he received. When Steve came out he spoke to my wife and myself and asked us what we wanted to accomplish and how we wanted the tile laid out and told us what was involved with the installation as well as how long the job would take. He measured and quoted us a price which we thought was fair, and he was not the least expensive nor the most expensive quote. However, Steve was the most experienced and treated us as though we were his only customer. He has been doing this work for a long time and we hired him to start the beginning of the following week. I HIGHLY recommend Steve McTile, LLC. The job took three days to complete. Not only did he and his partner do an excellent job laying the tile, he was on time each day and kept us informed at each step of the process. Not only did he do an excellent job, he left the work area totally clean and not a mess anywhere for us to clean up after he left. He is very personal and friendly. He knows what he is doing! "He is very courteous, caring, professional, honest and above all meticulous with the work he has done for me at my home in the past year. I would and have highly recommended him to many of my relatives & friends. He has installed a complete shower and vanity in both of my bathrooms. He has also installed a multitude of outlets that were needed throughout my home. A motion light outside on my front porch was installed by him also. The house was built in 1926 so needless to say it has settled and a lot of wiring was ancient, not the easiest task but it was completed so efficiently and thoroughly beyond a doubt Mr. Delgado has a broad knowledge of home improvement techniques. He has also replaced outside doors that were broken and had to be adjusted and pieced in to level the houses settling condition. He is truly very smart and deals with all types of issues that to me seem impossible to complete without costing thousands of dollars but to my astonishment he has done the work within my means and a moderate amount of cost to me.
