This was caused by decomposing trees that had been placed underground for filler by the builder in the 80's when the house was built. Ryan came in with a plan to fix and fill the sink holes along with new drainage that was also necessary. The communication with Ryan was incredible! When he said he would email or call me he did, without fail. When he said he would be at my property he was there every time on time. He worked hard to finish in a very short amount of time, sometimes in the rain and up until late evening. His quote was very reasonable for this kind of work. "Teamedit was so efficient ! They did a great job. We hired them to cut up two huge oak trees in our backyard that had fallen and take the stumps up. They stacked all the wood as well as the 10+ foot stumps at the curb for the city to pick up. They got dirt from the stumps to fill in the holes and smoothed the whole area out.
