"They were very professional and worked quickly, efficiently and the fence looks amazing! My neighbor and I were very pleased with the end result. The contractors took down the broken fence, carted all the pieces away and set up the new fence in a few hours. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this company."

"They did an awesome job on staining our fence. They took their time, were professional and detailed, had to work around obstacles, and did not leave a drop of stain where it shouldnâ t be. I highly recommend Miranas."

"Larry was professional, responsive and I true master at his craft. He knew I was on a budget and worked with me to find the best possible products with the best possible construction outcome for an affordable price within my budget. He gave me options on how to save whenever possible. But you wouldn't know it from my beautiful deck. It doesn't look like cost was an issue. It is gorgeous. Larry answered all my questions, worked with my rudimentary design to make it come to life. He worked quickly (tore down my old deck and rebuilt my new one in 3 days!) and always responded to my questions immediately. Plus he is a really nice person! I am going to hire him to do a fence next. It was truly a great experience to work with this master craftsman and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. It is better than I could have imagined."

"Best project that I have had from start to finish! Got a quote on day one and he started that same morning. He came back day two an finished the job. He pressure sprayed the fence, replaced one complete side of fencing an stained it all. The workmanship is great an the pricing was excellent. I recommend him to others an will be using him for other projects in the future."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
