The nature of the project changed as the discovery of a septic system, unknown to me, presented a big challenge for their equipment and to me as the homeowner trying to sell the property. Connor provide me with an estimate for an upgrade and installation from my old fluorescent fixtures to more efficient LED lighting. He also checked on the safety of my electrical system.
