He is so nice, patient and willing to answer all my questions. In the beginning I was so worried that I would be taken advantage as a woman and be overcharged. But it turns out the price is very reasonable. And most of all, he is very knowledgeable with what he is doing and he not only fix the problem but checked the whole system without charging me extra. "Received a call from A&C 5 minutes after placing request with service magic when my central A/C broke down in an August heat wave. A&C was at my house within 2 hours of talking to them to service/fix my unit. They came back again later in the afternoon to further diagnose the problem and determined parts that were needed. Picked op necessary parts and installed a new furnace for me the next day--all day Saturday. I can't say enough about Caesar professionalism and follow-up--a great guy!!! Sam kept me updated as to when his serviceman was expected to arrive and AJ was quite thorough and showed me what he was doing and why, He explained the inner workings of one of the furnace's functions and explained why it was necessary. "It's always difficult to get someone who is willing to come by to fix those little annoying problems you have, but not Tom. I had 1 leaky faucet and 1 frozen faucet(due to hard water). Tom came explained what needed to be done and I hired him to fix it. Very pleasant to work with. Also cleaned up after all the work was done. I have his card now and will not have to stress when I need a good plumber in the future. No job is too small for Tom!! He will be back in New Year to install a tankless water heater."
