Dale explained the process, completed the testing, and was honest in the results. Our room was squeaky clean, but our daughters had signs of hyphae so we did as he suggested and got our carpets cleaned and hired him to clear our air ducts. "They quickly visited on site and evaluated the issue. We just bought our new place and the air quality test showed that we needed air source cleaning. It required cleaning of the hvac system and ducts and Biocide arranged for a sub (Hurricane Air Duct Cleaning) to handle that job. They did a great job and were professional and thorough. Biocide followed that up with a microbial sanitizing treatment and the tech was on time, professional and fairly quick. Overall pleased with the service."
