"Two electricians came out promptly and troubleshot my problem (a dead outlet), but after a couple of hours they could not find the cause of the problem. They told me they had to go to another call, but that the boss would contact me and come out himself. That was a week and a half ago and there has been no attempt to contact me from this company. JGA Electric did not charge me for their time, since they couldnt fix the problem. However, I think I will call someone else. update: The owner of the company came out with one of his assistants.
