So you might find someone who does good work and shows up, but they charge a premium for it. Or someone who gives you a great price, but then either does a poor job or doesn't show up when they say they're going to. Michael is a rare breed in this regard - he's all three things in spades. I've worked with him several times now and he does an extremely high quality job, shows up every day he says he's going to, is communicative, and charges what I feel are more than reasonable prices for his professional work.
