"Our 7 year old American Standard Heat pump stopped working the other day. We figured it was because we hadn't had it serviced in a few years and the Freon was low. I called Cool Air Solutions who sent out Tim E., a technician to troubleshoot and perform annual maintenance on our equipment. Much to my surprise, Tim thoroughly inspected both the duct work, the air handler, and the heat pump and reported they all looked fine. He then fired up the heat pump, checked the Freon levels and determine nothing needed to be done. We immediately signed up for their maintenance plan. It is so refreshing to find an honest HVAC service company. Tim was very personable and explained everything in great detail to my wife and I. I highly highly recommend Cool Air Solutions!"
