I hired Bathroom Headquarters because from the first phone call I felt like my project was just as important to them as it was to me. After meeting the staff, watching the work, and using my beautiful new shower, I won't hire anyone else. "I actually had them do siding and trim replacement, exterior painting, and gutter installation. I appreciate all the effort it took to get the projects right. We experienced a few issues, but they were all addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. Both of the Sales/Customer Service Representatives that supported this project, Jacob and Morgan, displayed high levels of professionalism and courtesy that are often missing these days. All the individuals that completed the work were polite, personable, and professional, as well. They have a good team. I will be sure to keep them in mind for future projects."

"The service provider arrived on time and did not waste a minute while he installed my new garbage disposal. He was friendly, courteous, and knew what he was doing. He was aware of the reliability of different products and helped me determine which disposal would best meet my needs. He cleaned up after the work was done. I would definitely ask him (Tier 1) to complete any project around my house. I live alone and feel great confidence knowing there is someone on whom I can rely if something goes wrong around my house. Charge for service is also reasonable."
