"I call Don at Matthews properties I explained to him that I was in a tough situation because of wind damage to my storm door and the glass from the door was hanging by a very thin thread I could not move it without breaking the glass and I didn’t want my family to come through the storm door and have a glass fall out Don was very professional about it he stop by my house the same day! that’s something that has never happened to me before he stopped by my home evaluated the situation was able to remove the glass from the storm door replaced and realign everything and now my storm door is perfect. They explained all aspects of the work, answered all my questions, and were on time and completed the job to my satisfaction 100%. The job involved removing the carpeting in the master bedroom, center stair case, and second floor hallway. A solid wood 2-1/4" hardwood was installed to perfection. The hardwood was installed on the steps of the staircase. It is so beautiful, I cancelled the carpet runner installation, and am leaving the staircase boast its beauty created by Floor Essence! There is more that will come because Floor Essence will be replacing my existing master bathroom shower with a tiled, walk in shower. Can't wait to see its transformation!
