"We hired Chris to do plumbing repair work on two separate jobs in our home. He repaired faucets in two bathrooms & the kitchen sink. And he replaced a wax ring on a toilet and added a shut off valve to the swimming pool water line. We have been extremely satisfied with his workmanship. And he explains everything that he is doing in detail so we could understood exactly what he was going to accomplish. Chris is professional and leaves area clean afterwords. He also respects your home while entering and leaving to get parts or equipment from his vehicle. We would highly recommend Chris to friends & family and to anyone in need of a plumber. (We have had â otherâ plumbers that we were not satisfied with their work & would never hire them again or recommend to anyone.) "The crew did a good job installing the sump pump and waterproofing a wall. Everything regarding the electrical panel upgrade that I bought as a part of the package has been a nightmare. I took off work twice on days when the electrician was scheduled to be at my home to do the work but he never showed up and OBS never reached out to me to let me know they had canceled the service for that day. Apparently, the salesperson screwed up his quote and after wasting my time on two days, he texts me to tell me that it is going to cost me an additional $1950 to upgrade the panel (plus, the $1102 they had already factored in for the upgrade). I responded to his text and left him a voicemail but have not received any correspondence back yet, I have also attempted to contact his manager at their office but they transferred me to the wrong person on multiple occasions and I have been unable to get a hold of anyone regarding this. At this point, I just want to be credited the $1102 back that I was charged for the electrical upgrade so I can take care of it myself but the company overall has been very slow to respond and seemingly unprofessional apart from the crew who did the waterproofing work. Addition: OBS ended up refunding me the money for the electrical upgrade and throwing in a 3-year service plan in exchange for changing my review to 5 stars."
