He replaced our kitchen floor by pulling up two layers of plywood and laminate (1 1/2 inches thick) and beautifully laid in new oak flooring. The transition between the new floor and the existing wood floor in the rest of house is seamless. (Wish I could include pictures!). He also replaced four steps on our main staircase, paying extra attention to the carpentry and detail. Lastly, he refinished the wood flooring on our first and second levels. Mike's team cares as much about the final product as he does. His work is the best you'll find. You can stop looking now, this is the man you should hire."
