"Yes Al was fantastic and made sure my glass stovetop was replaced before Christmas. His initial estimate to receive the part from Bosch was about a week. Of course we all want our stuff done in time for the holidays. When Bosch failed to deliver the part on time, he went out of his way to source it and expedite it from another vendor so I could have it repaired before Christmas. He did not charge me anything extra for expediting through a new vendor. He showed up on time and the installation was perfect. Now Al was great, but the real star of the show is Cathy, the office manager. She was my first point of contact and she went above and beyond with her communication. She was so reliable and really seemed to care that my order was fulfilled before Christmas. Thank you so much Cathy! You were a pleasure to deal with. The cost was also reasonable - I did check other repair places on here."
