"We had a disaster to deal with. Our hot water heater burst and flooded our basement. My wife and I used sheets and towels and eventually rented extraction equipment but we were both pretty dissatisfied with our efforts. We called a couple of large well known companies only to be told you need a disaster recovery company to deal with this situation. Finally we called Tim from Valley Carpet Cleaning. We were up front and explained our situation, he told us to continue what we were doing, get some air on it and that he would stop by to look at the situation and tell us if he could help. He did so and to our great relief he told us I think we can fix this. The very next day first thing in the morning his crew were here with their extraction equipment which I believe their equipment was probably twice as powerful as what we had rented and probably took out twice the amount of water in half the time. They also brought three large size industrial fans. We put a dehumidifier, and a space heater in the area, sealed it off and with the large industrial fans we were able to dry the area out in 3 days. Oh did I mention their was carpeting in this area!! At the end of the week the crew came back and deep cleaned our carpeting. My wife and I were really impressed with their good work. I believe ultimately they saved us a lot of money. In fact I know that had I continued renting that equipment it would have cost me more than what I paid for Valley Carpet Cleaning services. Well we feel lucky to have found Tim and Valley Carpet Cleaning. It was interesting to meet Tim and his crew and to learn their story. Truly a family owned business that is about building a name and positive reputation through customer satisfaction."
