"If you are considering hiring Ziebart Construction, please take the time to read my assessment below. This was a full renovation of the interior of my house, so this was a very big decision for me, and I was nervous about flipping the switch. after thorough research on Home Advisor, I set up an appointment with Ziebart Construction at my home. By the end of the meeting I knew I was ready to move forward, and although I was still nervous, I was comfortable with the explanation of the process, the projected timeline, and what to expect. From the very beginning both Matt and Jacqui Ziebart were thoughtful, transparent, thorough, great listeners, quick to respond to questions and concerns, and open to other ideas and opinions. Matt did an excellent job coordinating all the people involved in this project. I was also impressed with the reliability, work ethic, and quality of the experts (plumbers, electricians, flooring/trim, tile, painters, etc.) that were part of the Ziebart team. Jacqui was great and helped with color coordination, lighting fixtures styles, flooring choices, and explained how it would all work together. I could not have done this without Jacqui's input. If you look at the before and after pictures you can see that this was a complete transformation and I am completely thrilled with the incredible results! "What started out as a minor dry rot repair turned into discovery of major termite damage. Jim and his team were throrough, prompt and meticulous in their work. Jim was great at communicating when the work would be done, what it would involve and following up to make sure the work was performed to my standards. I was pleased that they were able to work the additional time into their schedule so that my home wasn't torn up for too long. You can't even tell that they've been there. The team also replaced some deck supports and swapped a soaker tub for a non-functional spa tub. I felt the work was a good value for my money - they were all very professional, respectful and prompt. I'd highly recommend this team."
