They were careful around landscaping and plants while repairing a stucco wall that was cracked and discolored. Mario removed a piece to inspect for water damage or mold, which is an extra step that gave me peace of mind as a home owner. The color match is good and they even offered to come back if I end up having any issues or want to try for a closer match. Overall, easy to work with and I would recommend to anyone!"

"Dennis is the owner of Dedication Roofing. He's been a roofer for 45 years and he knows his stuff!! He came to help us with 2 spots in our home that would leak when we had rain. He told me exactly what he thought was wrong in each case and he was correct both times. His roofing team came to our home twice and fixed both issues quickly and in a very professional manner. We have 3 stories above ground, so our roof is high. He gave us quotes and pricing on each project. The first on was more simple so he told us he would complete that for a reasonable price. The second project, he told us he was unsure what was causing the leak and that a basic fix would be around $5K, but he would have to wait and see what the problem was, it would be more than that. The fix was completed and cost less than he quoted to us. And everyone was safe and sound when it was completed! My husband is very picky about maintaining our home. It's large and getting older, but it's beautiful and well built. I would recommend Dennis for any and all roofing issues you may have. He's terrific and very knowledgable. "We were told that before the colored stucco would be applied we would see a sample of the stucco. We never saw a sample and the color with our original choice was applied to about a third of the house and we decided the color wasn't quite what we wanted and we asked about the sample we were supposed to see first. It ended up costing us a significant amount of money to redo the stucco in a different color, despite us not having seen a sample we were told we would be able to see first."
