"Charlie came out on time and was very professional. These days you donâ t know whoâ s going to come out to your house and try to scam you. Very reasonable pricing and was honest. "I Called service giant on a sunday, they had someone right out. They were professional and well knowledgeable. They explained my hot water heater to me in a way i understood. But the best part about service giant is they were affordable and flexible with my budget and the cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing need."

"I was completely satisfied with my experience with E.L. Aprea Services for replacement of our gas water heater. Upon contacting Fernando the day after Christmas, he quoted me quickly and accurately and scheduled replacement first thing the next morning. Both of the installers he sent were extremely courteous and efficient, working together to overcome obstacles they encountered such as clogged drains and not trying to take advantage of such situations as other companies might do. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to others and look forward to using them again when the opportunity arises."

"They did a great job, they did everything in one trip. In the past when I have used other services they had to come back multiple times. They got it done with out any additional charges"

"We hired another company to install two new shut off valves in our basement. Our house is very old and actually has lead pipes coming into the house. The original plumber installed the valves and left without the water being turned back on. When it finally was turned on, there was a small leak in the compression fitting to the main line. So, we called Slades to come fix the problem. John was upfront about his service call pricing and hourly rate, and I found both to be completely reasonable. The best part of my interaction with Slades, however, is that I no longer have to worry about the problem. While my original plumber (a company that touted their decades of experience) had every excuse as to why the job could not be done properly, John simply solved the problem. Here is my highest form of praise: If I ever have another plumbing problem that I can't fix, I'm calling Slades."

"I had been without hot water for almost a week because another plumber jerked me around, took too much time, and kept raising the price. I was desperate. I called Bob and he came the next day. I had hot water again by late that afternoon. Thank you Bob!"
